In the Eastbourne case the meaning of plying for hire in a street was turned on its proverbial head but if you asked your LO for a definition of street, how many would give you the correct interpretation? Not many I bet. Please don't do a Mr T and post elongated definitions of a street, because the chances are they no longer apply. Regards JD |
