Hi my hackney badge is up for renewal in the next few weeks and the problem is, they are asking for info on the vehicle i am driving at renewal, the problem is at present i am NOT currently driving a Hackney i am using my PH vehicle, but want to renew as i may want to drive a hackney in the near future. the reason i want to renew is its cheaper to keep it running rather than re apply at a later date.
So has the LA got grounds to refuse to renew when i put my renewal form in thanks All
