As you are well aware the trouble we've been having with Excel and their Mercury set up since day one of the install well, the contract is over and the look for another firm is well under way.
Excel have heard that we are on the look out for another company and are now full of promises saying, we've let you down bla bla bla "with Mercury 2 that won't be the case".
We've been looking at the Auriga set up and IMO it's miles in front of the rubbish Excel are turning out, it just needs tweaking to make it better for some of the half baked base ops who are in the office.
I know a few on here who've had the bad luck of having Mercury 2, what was it like and did it doo what it said on the tin.
I would like to know what the Auriga Eclipse system is like? There's a few on here who use that system to.
