They've just reduced the monthly hire to £10,

Is it the Cabcard machine you have and where can I find info on the monthly hire being reduced as I am sure mine is costing me £15 pm.

I think there's a loyalty thing when you''ve been with them some time.

Well I have had mine 2 years next month, maybe I will see a reduction.
In that time I have referred 5 people and never had a chargeback.
Unless something a lot cheaper/better comes along I will be keeping it.

It costs the punter 10% and it's stated quite clearly in the internal signage. As most credit card users in London seem to be business people, I don't think they care much for 10% on an £11 fare.

The costs of the machine to a tenner a month is meant to be from the 1st of April. It should apply to all users.

Surely the £15 April payment was for the March hire period?

I've been considering getting one of these for a while now. Although I don't really get that many calls for card payments I think just having the option of having the service would be a benefit, especially when long jobs are offered and return jobs.

I've just set up a pest control company too so I suppose I can always use it to take payment for that service also......
