Cant complain
Support has been great.....and included so no nasty shocks.
Its not as modern as some systems ive seen but it works so im happy with that.
They provide a sim gadget that plugs into server. You put your own sim in . This means you can can find your own deal for sms to passengers.
Im a small company and I couldn't afford the likes of cordic etc. These guys do a deal for as little as 3 cars.
I overlooked it a few times as there website isn't great but glad i took the time to speak to them.
In next few weeks we will have the passenger apps and web booking but I want to make sure every thing prices correctly etc first.

Couple of days after i signed up i had the server and data heads here. Basic plots were already done by them. Obviously i know the area better than them so over the coming months i will tweak but i had a system where i could dispatch and see cars etc straight away.

Sounds like your up and running great. If your in a poor mobile area I thought you would've gone with the Data and sim card where you can use Data when your in radio range then jump on to the sim when your out of radio range.

Didnt want to go down the route of radios for a few reasons,
Firstly extra expense.
Secondly Our office is in a signal black spot. When i worked for another company on Auriga the radios lost signal where our office is now. So didn't think we would get good coverage.

Update.
System performing well. Someone always on the end of phone to help and if not they return call quickly.
Just received the SMS module for text back and to accept SMS bookings, and call popping is now working with out new phone system.
I would recommend this to anyone thats starting up but know they have systems with several 100 cars on so its scalable.

I tried cloud based systems which all missed the mark.
Cabmaster would of been second choice.
Glad i went with my hunch

Navlite is free to use
£290.00 to setup as a one off. No monthly charges.
Datamodule is £21.00

There are some optional charged for packages
SMS Gateway is £15.00 PCM
PBX interface is £15.00 PCM

Datax 5 with Navigation and roaming sim is 12.50 a month for 30 months.
Then you own it and the airtime and data relay is 6.50 a month.

We prefer you to rent the server from us but its not compulsory.
It is however good value at £35.00 a month including full maintenence.
