I know Mr Guest is going on and on too tedium.

But Stewart has never denied his allegations about him being a director of a company that went tis up for more than its annual turnover?

What did happen to those creditors?

And how come the buisness was so quickly picked up by another company?

facinating insight.

How much is an upgrade to Nav Pro?
What do you support for £6.73 per week exactly please
Does this encompass the whole package ie dataheads, radios etc?
Are there any other hidden extra charges anywhere?!!

dont you expect a lot for your money?

the £6.73 per week gives you the technical support for the package you have been given free of charge.

no data heads, no palm top computers, no hardware.

Stewart is a buisness man not the social services of taxidrivers

he only makes it look that way

Yes we take huge deposits Mr. Gueostfry.
As Mr. Navigator Lite says.
Its free and we demand payment up front In Full

Training
The only reason Andy says he did not need training is that he is more computer literate than some of the people that would like to use this product. Some of our less computer literate customers who have never used a PC based system need a bit of assistance and we are happy to offer it.

Reseller Trainer
Actually no risk being a reseller/Trainer.. You sort your fee out direct with the company you are working for. We make our money on reseller and end user training days. Do you want to come to one?
They are only £99 a person and we throw in Lunch a beer and a ride on steam train..

I have no idea what the deposit snipe is all about..
Is someone complaining they gave a deposit and it was not honoured or returned?
I think you are mixing us up with some other outfit I read about who is currently in the courts... Something about money back guarantees? This is certainly not us and we should not be confused with them in any way.
We are lucky, we just have to let the product do the talking..

Stewart
+

come on Stewart one of your companies went tits up for more than your annual turnover, how much of this included forward payments for data heads? was there not a deal with a firm in Sutton in Ashfield to refund moneys for data heads?

and now you claim to have spent half a million on reprogramming diplomat programmes?

jesus there is lax accountants somewhere?

Sorry what firm in Sutton in Ashfield ???

Some got some, but the manufacture of them over the past year or so has been non existent.

diplomat was a data head company and they could not supply!
but promised to supply every day!

it is not true that everybody that paid for them got them!

my turn came and was asked to meet them at an exhibition in Donnington.

Guess what Stewart said "we are not ALLOWED to supply you"
then I read the directors report!

If Mr Guest is telling the truth then it is probably our old mate Geoff.
If you have something to say please come out and say it.
As you were the only person that wanted our dataheads and Exel had strictly forbidden us to deal with you at that time, it is a open and shut case as far as I am concerened. Everone else just waited until the 6 month agreement expired.

Exel were so insistent that they made us sign a six month exclusion contract from selling to the sites they wanted to sell their O2 phone alternative to. Sorry but you were on the list... We were honour bound to adhere to it.. I will show you a copy of it if you want..

You are well aware what we actually said.
Under the terms of the agreement that was in force we could not sell them to you directly. We also said if Exel will give you a signed release we would love to supply you directly.

I beleive you asked them did you not?

So please don't distort the truth.
It was only ever Exel that prevented you from getting them not us. So if you have anyone to bitch at please bitch at them..

As you know and have illustrated may times on this forum, we have always had these data heads in stock (As you keep on banging on about the zero value stock items) it was just that Exel would not let you go direct to us. As we were in dispute with Exel we certainly were not going to supply them via that route.

That was it a commercial impasse, end of story.

That dispute is now over and life goes on.
God only knows why you are on such an anti Diplomat crusade.
What did we ever do to you?
What on earth have you got to gain?

If you love the way Exel do business and their products then thats OK with us. Enjoy them to the max.. Look on the bright side, maybe they did you a favour by not allowing you to take the Diplomat route.
Maybe they were doing us a favour! Who knows.

We are certainly at Donnington this year with loads of new goodies maybe we can soften your carapace with some freebies.

I think that on this particular thread, and this one only, posters will have to register to send a message.

I don't think it's fair to accuse someone of being this that and the other, under the cloak of anon.
