We had a few little problems with the way the software initially worked, such as we run fixed fares, split down from zones, rather than zone to zone prices. Data master took around 4 days to write a mod, to make it work the way we wanted!
We didn't want the drivers to see which zone a job was in when it was offered to them (They used to refuse anything from our local Tesco!). That took around 3 weeks for the PDA software to be reworked.
We have also found our job counts are increasing steady, January to May 2011 has recorded a 30% increase in work, with almost no marketing, just word of mouth about features such as the Text Back and web booking services!
New staff can be taught how to use the system in around a day. It used to take at least a week with our previous system.
