We are on v12, the autocab tech support guys told me we should wait.

I also have a friend who owns a company that has upgraded to ghost, its massively improved in the accounts side, but doesnt offer any real improvement over the bookings side apart from being prettier. As far as drivers side is concerned nothing is changed.

Agreed, the account's package is great, if your dealing with lots of account's.

As far as booking and dispatch is concerned, everything is THE SAME, with lots less features, as classic.

From what ive heard Ghost is a downgrade to classic in Dispatching jobs but better on the account side. You cant Control/dispatch as effectively with Ghost as you can with Classic

Phone Peter Bailey at Bluestar Taxis in Wigan, he's been on the Autocab Ghost system for a good while.

01942 242424 or 01942 515151.

Tell him a good looking youth from Mansfield told you to get in touch.

I was speaking to an engineer from autocab the other week, he said, without being asked, "DON'T, get ghost!"

we have updated from previous autocab The system when working is very good, but !!! I personally i don't believe you get what you pay for. ask precise questions very precise. (e.g.are the upgrades free for all equipment purchased) after you buy it upgrades are free to a point(only on base sets not data-heads etc those are very expensive) get everything in writing. The I.T. teams talk to you like your an idiot and I have proven on several occasions they were incorrect. I have been waiting for members of autocab to return calls because of issues. Guess what still waiting. be very wary very poor customer relations

Haven't all the big companies got bad customer relations? Once they get your money they're off.

Exactly the same experience here. Sold us a system, charged us a fortune for repairs and service, never engaged with us once in 5 years until this week when they phoned us asking if we wanted to go to a meeting about how they were going to fight Uber. funny how they care all of a sudden when the bottom line is going to be effected. we told them to sod off.

Hopefully soon we can get a system from someone else that doesnt require spending £1500 on an a engineer for the day to make small changes to plots!
