How long are your customers in the car?

Get a very good Android phone, like a nexus 4. Then get a really good phone provider like EE. Turn your phone into a wireless router by turning on Tethering settings. Put a password and a funky wireless SID. Plug your phone into the charger and give your customers access. Bang you have internet. You can charge £3 an hour if you wish. Just make sure you have unlimited internet on your phone deal.

Internet on phones and phone networks is better than in many homes and better than phone/text message service. Even when you lose phone/text service, you most of thge time have internet connection.

How's that? :-)

Use the wifi tethering on your phone to connect the punters!!!
enable child lock protection for people not being able to go on the dodgy websites!
