Hi, 1st post! Have scanned through a few pages of posts and couldn't find anything specifically related to my question but apologies if i've missed it! We run a Private Hire company of around 25 drivers. We don't have an office/shop front where customers come in, it's all done over the phone. 99.9% of our work is all pre booked at least a few days in advance and we email our drivers the night before with their jobs for the next day. Despite a few tweeks here and there over the years we are still using a pen and paper booking system since starting 10 years ago! I am wondering if anyone here currently uses any 'cloud' based booking systems? There are 3 of us that take the calls and we need the ability to be able to view/make/amend bookings on our laptops/pc's/ipads. Not too fussed about tracking drivers as they don't have pda's in their vehicles. I have spoken to a database developer who was going to build us a system to use but for one reason or another it hasn't happened so wanted to explore other options. Hope that makes sense, fingers crossed someone is able to help and possibly point me in the right direction! Thanks Graeme
