What do most companies do with pda distribution, just hand them out to the drivers, or request returnable bonds? |

If the driver finishes he hands is back in, if he doesn't it's theft, the PDA is blocked and he's reported to the police. |

Regularly see companies either 1. Take a bond (between £30 and £100) which would be returned on leaving aslong as the PDA is returned working etc 2. Charge an "insurance" to cover breakages etc, eg £1 per week, if a pda is broken or stolen they are given a new one as long as they are part of the insurance. 50+ Cars would cover a new pda every couple of weeks so generally works out fine. |
