Getting my new Mazda on wednesday and just wondering if these have a pulse wire or will it need a canbus? I've a digitax 806 meter fitted in my current Mazda 6 (2005 model) and was hoping it would be just as straight forward again. Don't like seeing digitax agents taking my new car's dash apart.

They'll need to take it apart to get to the pulse wire I'm afraid.

In the old mazda, you could get to the pulse wire by just removing the glovebox, they only realized this after they pulled the centre console out and damaged the heater dials. #-o
