I’m driving a 2litre manual 17 place Octavia SEL.
Had 14k on clock when I got it. Got 62k now On clock in 2 years.

Getting 48/52 mpg. I drive like driving miss daisy.

Issues so far.
Calliper sticking making a squeak. Easy fix
Battery died 1k before warranty. New battery fitted
5 services with no faults found.

Passengers cause most of the damage.

I couldn’t drive anything without leather in this trade. Hate seat covers and idiots thinking a day collecting scrap is not a problem to get a taxi home.

Not correct thread but a story.

Lady wanted lift from home bargains the other day. Just had car valeted an hour before.

8 bags of compost.
20 bedding plants with holes in bottom of planters.

Some people blow my mind.

Although I have had my fair share of offers in this trade so far.

I have thanked them for the thoughtful offer. But declined.

Driving off thinking about what may of been possibly my last job as a licenced driver. 8)
