i brought my first brand new from patons , it was delivered in the dark at 8pm , the driver was very rushy and unexpected , therefore i didnt see the damage to the paintwork in 4 places of the vehicle ,

Comes off the trailor , didnt start , found out the battery was dud , sand in brakes and window seals , brakes have contiuesly loudly squeled all the time i have had it , surface rust on roof , also covered in bird crap .

After just 15k miles gear box oil seal goes , fiat fix it under warrenty but split o/s gaitor while doin it , which they refuse to fix under warranty even though they caused it .

shortly after find out the ABS doesnt work , when missing a lorry by inches from a emergency stop , get the brakes to lock up a further few times , take it to fiat and get charged £100 because they cant find the problem and cant charge it to warranty.

Cold weather the thing takes ages to start , the whole conversion cheap and faulty ( motion locks , intercom etc )

After sales manager rarely answers calls or can offer a explanation

Youve been warned i will not buy fiat or from patons again !

Souns like all these taxi dealers seem a bunch of wide boys, they say the trade can be shadowey but i think you can include the dealers in that.

Wouldn't expect that when buying a new car!!!!!

It is a great shame that a fighting fund for instances such as this could not be created, because one way and another we are all getting ripped off.

Dont ask me how it would be done - just on the wish list.
