 Post subject: Auto Eurocab?

A collegue just replaced his Scudo with an auto TX, simply because of an arthritic knee. There are no auto version of these plumbers vans converted as taxis, so would it be possible to stick a pug 406 auto box in one of these contraptions? or has anyone heard of it being tried? There should be a market out there for these.
