Does Ford know about this, was it petrol or diesel and what model, how many days a week did you have it back in for repair

Diesel two litre jobby. its had lots of work including front suspension and cambelt, water pump, belts, lots of regular oil changes/services, maintenance etc think its still going strong now.... all be it less demand on it.

Have you considered the A5 Skoda octavia more rear leg room than the MK1 A4, good for 500,000 plus miles

Interesting just looking around now so will chuck the Skoda in the pot too. I heard Skoda were so much better built now and if they are good for 500k that sounds good too

The best thing is any Skoda dealer will match the taxi centre, do not get the SDI though the gear boxes go
Then there's the KIA Ceed SW HP 113bhp with 7 year warranty there are 2 1.6 diesels go for the HP one

A friend had a vectra on PH, he said its rubbish compared to his Skoda.

I would go for the Skoda, better deals to be had. New and Used. Auction should secure a real bargain.
