i have a 10 plate tx4, basically a guy on a push bike knocked the whole unit
clean of and put a dent in my door

the mirrors on the new tx4 are bigger (chinese crap) than early tx4 (3 stalks) :

?? will the mirrors from a tx2 tx4 fit mine (ebay)

man overton quoted me £110 for mine or 99 for smaller ones

anyone in the no cheers

Based on my conversion/adaptation I don't think you'll want to fit the old mirrors to your lovely new TX4!

I finally managed to buy 2 new TX4 mirrors from M&O Birmingham about 3 weeks ago (I'd been after them since they came out). You refer to them as 'Chinese crap' but they are better made than the old Ford Galaxy rubbish!

If you went back to the old ones you'll notice how much smaller they are: I certainly noticed the increase in size!

Anyway... When I fitted the 4's on my II, I had to drill an extra hole in the door and had to file/drill/alter the existing holes to accommodate the 3 bolts on the new/different foot plate, than the 2 bolts on the old one! Buy the proper mirrors.
