Surely that's a Peugeot issue, so why not get into contact with their after-sales.

At the moment I am getting passed around from pillar to post, but I will get there.
Got in touch with their "Customer Care" and was given a case number - right good so far!
I then get passed onto a guy who will check everything out, he manages to get back to me with all the wrong info because he was in the wrong department of the Peugeot garage that I use. After I tell him which dept to go to he assures me that he will get back to me , time goes on and as ever I have to ring to find what is going on, anyway it is sorry time as they are moving office! but he will ring the following week.
I gave him until Wednesday afternoon and re rang, you go through to front line operators/staff who inform me that he apparently was not answering his phone but would leave a message on his desk. I did the same on Thursday, they will leave a message, the same again on Friday the same they will leave a message but no reply, is this guy trying to tell me something or what, but I will get there.
So when you see the words "Customer Care" do not build your hopes up, as the words in this country have no meaning whatsoever.
