I use a fairway driver as everday transport.Slowlt I'm restoring the thing as I continue to use it but the ride is boneshaking on anything other than a smooth road.has anyone any knowledge of how much the taxi tyre contribute to this.Every time I go over a bump my teeth and the front wings dance up in sympathy with each other, does it have to be like this?

I checked the shockers and springs,I'd hoped that the tyres would make a difference.
Never mind,I suppose I'll just have to carry on doing my nodding dog impersonations every time the old girl hits a pot hole.
In Lowestoft we have a party if we find a bit of road the council, gas or leccy haven't dug up for a fortnight and we'd all be strong contenders in any "Miss the traffic cones" competition.
