can anyone tell me the engine number for the ttt,looking for a crankshaft pulley went to toyota dealer,they could not help me without loads of info about engine,anybody help

Try contacting Alf Townsend at Taxi magazine.
He owns one and is a great supporter of the Metrocab.

Also try M.A.G. garage in Wickwood Street,S.E.5. (020 7738 4766)
They are Metrocab people,if they don't know,maybe they some who does...

nothing wrong wi the metrocab
cheap reliable and easy to fix.
bad bit is the transit engine lacked power on a hill.
ttt with the new engine is far superior to any lti model but without the rust.

obviosly not the right shape for you though gbc.
but you can get a ttt in that shade of blue and for far less than you paid.

Blue is Storm Grey.

The shape's down to personal choice I guess, though I'd be more concerned about spares and the warranty, especially if it was one of the last batch of '55' TTT's.
