And Blue line is? Anyone care to guess? The answer can be found on TDO.

I suppose this case is not about Berwick because Berwick are just complying with the law, the case is about the Gladen judgment. It will be interesting to read Silbers interpretation of Gladen.

Now isn't it the same mob that have told Berwick that they are in the right

You think they are in the wrong? lol

Which law states they can't issue licenses?

Of course but what has that got to do with Berwick or any other council issuing licenses?

Yes I have it somewhere but was it not amongst all those that you and Wayne copied from TDO? By the way, how many of those cases did you give to John Thompson? If you say none then I will find that very hard to believe.

I don't think I have seen it on TDO.. I have passed many cases on to many people, and they have been collected from were ever I find them.. I thought the idea was to educate, I have sent TDO cases from the Book. and vice-versa. I have the new edition of the Book and I am quite willing to send you a copy of the case law enclosed within it...

I thought Berwick was going to Become part of A giant northeast Supercouncil Next year anyway...Then you will probably all come under the one set of rules, this could be better..or it could become a whole lot worse..be Interesting to see what Happens then...

I doubt there is anything in the book that we haven't already covered on TDO but I wouldn't mind betting that the book contains unreported cases that originated from this website and formatted by me. The reason why all these cases have been put into the public domain neatly formatted and commented on is to benefit the Uk taxi trade. I don't see anyone else other than TDO freely fulfilling that role do you? What I do see is the NTA copying all the case law on TDO and only making it available to their own members. If that's what you call educating the taxi trade then you have a warped sense of free accessible education.

I understand Mr Thompson has come up with over 160 cases on this compact disc of the book, how many have come from this quarter? Don't tell me none because I won't believe you and neither will anyone else.

Perhaps you might care to copy and paste the list of contents just so we can see what's been used.

Regards

JD

JD..You seem to have got your knickers in a right little twist.... I personally am not knocking everything you have been doing in putting the cases up on T D O..... but... I would remind you that the book is now in its 14th edition..... which means it has been going for a very long time.... and each new edition is improved....

ps.. were did all the cases originate from in the first place
