Good work but they don't do enough to help individual members who have work related problems. They could and should be so much better.

I've always been very weary about associations/unions bigging up their so-called victories.

Isn't it their jobs to do that anyway? :?

"This was a lie designed to boost you ratings",

So its not all right for mini cabs to use a space in front of the cab rank at Richmond and as the LTDA put in an objection, they are all heroes.
When I objected to the fact that TFL had marked out a space ( not just applied for by already mark it out) for mini cabs to use ( in their words to pick up and drop off) in front of and attached to, a cab rank in Kings cross I'm a glory seeking villain.
What a hypocrite you are.

And what ratings would that be then.

I do not understand why you were so pleased that a Black cab forum went down, Have you some sort of jealous hatred of you fellow London drivers. Of all the hundreds of post you made ( and you held the record ) on the Black Taxi forum you only ever slagged off other drivers.
You can always hand your badge back if you think so little of the trade.

You're still a liar. :^o

That's another one of your classic embittered rants, but it doesn’t change the fact you told everyone that Minicabs could use the marked Taxi rank at Kings Cross Bridge.

Fact: They can't.

Fact: It doesn’t matter what road, or area is next to the Taxi rank or any rank, they didn’t have permission to use the actual rank, and you said they could.

Even now (and I guess you've been affected by all that punching) you can't accept it.

Stick to being bitter, you’re good at that.

Why not try another Radio circuit, then leave, and tell us all how terrible it was and how things were great back in 1963 when you won the right to bring doom and gloom into everyone's life.

Oh, don’t get ideas above yourself.

I make a mint from the trade, and it's all thanks to old windbags like you who spend more time whinging than working, whilst I and thousands of others try to serve the public into the small hours. Last night from 11pm onwards there were people galore waiting for Taxi's whilst you were driving about filming parked cars.

Some might suggest that sort of behaviour is a bit weird.

I made about 60 before you banned me. Well done, what good administrator you are.

No. I just think your a bitter old man, and the more you type the more proof appears.

I'll remind you of something I said from an earlier post, you and your 6 bleating mates will never do anything to change, influence, or bring the trade together, your whole aim is to tell people how bad it is in a vain attempt to stop guys and girls from doing the Knowledge. As I said, your the trades past, retire and do your garden or something useful.

Meanwhile, I'm off out to clear up. I reckon I'll make a mint tonight, all by picking up people who want taxi's, what do you think? :D

I strongly object to being called a liar by you of all people.

Because I interpret a space, marked out by TFL and attached to a taxi rank as asking taxis drivers to share a rank with PHV drivers, this is not a lie it is a matter of interpretation. I told you before to look carefully at my posts before you attack my character.
Actually the article you refer to,
http://theandersonshelter.blogspot.com/ ... wedge.html
was written by a colleague. I merely cut and pasted it into the forum because I thought it to be a feeler put out by TFL to see if there would be any objections, that’s why they chose this unused rank.

GBC wrote:

This is exactly what the LTDA has lodged a complaint about in Richmond.
I hope you haven’t written to them calling them liars.

I would also like to state that as for myself being administrator for the London Black taxi forum; this is a lie on your part.
I joined the forum after seeing the advert in the Royal Oak, about the same time as yourself.

I asked you why you were so pleased to see a forum of your piers go down, which you never answered, well now we know. You were banned, probably for the foul nasty hurtful posts filled with vile anger towards you fellow drivers, I think its now called cyber bullying, done in anonymity.
Explains why you rejoined under a false ID ( Tossa Bob) and even then was banned a second time.

And now you’re lying again about the number of posts you made. Just before you were banned the first time you held the record, and still did at close of play, with well over a hundred posts not bad in five weeks aye.

Why are you so scared about my blog,
It’s just a DIY site where drivers can find the email address of People they want to complain to, with a bit of added news thrown in, not the second coming.

I have never defamed or rubbished the Taxi Trade, another lie on your part.
I have only ever complained about the contravention of the laws that apply to PHV drivers and operators and the none action to apply these laws by the Police, TOCU, TFL and local council CEO’s, nothing more.

Really?

More tosh.

Every Taxi rank in London is surrounded by another piece of road which will be designated for some other use, a parking bay in front of a (disused) Taxi rank is not sharing it with anyone.

How convenient. :?

More nonsense, as you well know the objection was made on the grounds of traffic management issues. A Minicab office would'nt have one car.

The forecourt belongs to Network rail, objections on the grounds of competition are not permitted. There's a vast difference in TFL telling Minicabs to drop off in front of a Taxi rank, to 'ranking up' in front of a line of taxi's plying for hire.

Aww bless, did you stay up all night crying? :D

Your obsessed (like stalker's do) with this Bob bloke.

The BCF was probably the worst Taxi forum I've ever read, mainly thanks to you.

Trust me when I say it was deleted from my 'fav's' within two minutes of being unable to log on.

I gather you like a second username in order to back up your posts though.

The only 'Tossa' I was aware of has now joined a real taxi forum called TDO and is trying to spread his misery on here. I'll give you a few months, and like all the rest you'll dissapear never to be seen again.

You'll never be my 'fellow driver', it's drivers like you who give us a bad name.

The sooner they introduce a compulsary retirement age the better.
