How much more of this crap do we have to listen to? FFS

gotta agree
what type of nob jockey brings up an incident that happened 2 years previos,an incident where that individual came off looking less than honest to say the least.
trev! oh mighty baron , you! need help.
btw like youre new avatar, hope you got permision from youre drivers to post them dancing to a tune of youre choice.

At least he doesn't hide the fact that he owns multiple vehicles and rents some of them out, to, in most cases, the same people for many years.

I would them refer you to some of your alter-ego's comments about "if the job is so bad why stay in it" and suggest that those lucky enough to have a cab off MrT (as opposed to another plateholder) are absolutely and completely happy with the terms under which he conducts his business.

B. Lucky :D

ga what are you on about.
i dont have an alter ego, never have had.
and yes im sure those poor guys are very gratefull that mr t has graciosly let them earn a living in a trade that they are qualified to work in and should be entitled to thier own plate.but dont.
im also sure that they are unaware of mr t's behind the scenes activity that allows him to stay in a position to lord over these guys so that they can then thank him for the privilidge of him looking after them,of course its all done out the goodness of his heart.

all in all i know what shiite smells like and the winds blowing from the southwest.

The fact that you believe the drivers stay with a plateholder even though they are unhappy with the circumstances of the agreement says more about your situation than the situation MrT's drivers find themselves in.

Arrange a trip down to see MrT and chat with his drivers ............. I'm sure you'd be made more than welcome by MrT ............. however I would be cautious about calling the drivers half of what you imply on here.

Continue getting personal Ali ............... at the end of the day you only berate the person because you can't debate the issue.

what i wouldnt do is actively work to preserve that situ to the benefit of me and the detriment of everyone else.
thats the difference between me and mr t.

But they do have a choice ............................ they can buy a plate.

Ali T wrote:

But you don't know that .............. it just suits your argument.

Most of your comments are wrong ............... but there is little point trying to convince you otherwise, you know best and thats that.

Ali T wrote:

So you don't believe that anyone has the right to protect what they have worked hard to get ...................... and make a profit from it

Ali T wrote:

Please explain how you believe anything Mr T has done is either dishonest or corrupt.

I just like winding you up ................. your a toy in the playground ............... and its funny when the spoilt kids like you, who are the worst players but want to be the captain cause its their ball, spit their dummies out and go running to their mothers.

off you go.

Joiners, Plumbers and Electricians can work for themselves once qualified, without having to pay an exhorbatant sum for the privilege.
Why should taxi drivers be any different?

So if you built up a plumbers firm.. you would just give it away to the first person who asks...

No but I wouldn't expect the council to limit my competition and force them to work for me either.

Surely the situation is that the council must now justify any limit it imposes?
