I have just renewed my public and employers liability insurance. The rep told me that they have never had a claim on this type of insurance and that it is money for old rope.

I Have no employees either and no Office, as far as I Know my Insurance comes in the form of the Vehicle Insurance which covers Third party property and people as well Passengers and their Property to up £20,000,000. how much more Insurance would I need than that??

There are some things that are not covered with your car insurance. For instance if someone is getting out of your car and they catch their clothes on a loose piece of trim. This is where public liability insurance comes in.
Ok snaging their clothes does not seem a big problem but if say they catck their leg and cut it and the cut gets infected..............well you know the rest.
