Apparently Trading Standards are catching quite a few PH drivers out every now and again with one driver recently caught twice within a month or so.

It would also seem that TS never seem to work during the week and it would appear that they only come out at the weekend (they will be on more money working at the weekend).

I would imagine they would find more "at it" during the weekend.

Maybe, but drivers who do ply for hire do it no matter what day it is, some are so blatant it's untrue and I'm surprised that no Hack driver has actually 'had words' with one.

Who's blaming the council for certain PH drivers plying for hire?

That's the usual practice.
