Moi a cynic

So much for one of my ressolutions. I have managed for 4 days but I am now having a major meltdown and the blonde moment is probably travelling as fast as the train. What is the point of the comment because I have lost all perspective of this discussion relating to agents operating as booking agents for taxis and PH illegally.

Well I would hope the booking agent is legally able to take those bookings.

Aww...if the person accepting the booking and passing the booking on needs to be licensed and during the course a customer dies....does that simplify it?

I understand the concept of the discussion I was merely commenting on the fact that nobody who should care does care about illegal bookings. Nobody seems to be able to do anything about it and if that makes me a cynic then so be it. The blonde moment appeared that minute you mentioned the train

I think we all understand the law in respect of accepting private hire bookings and in the case of Fraser Eagle if it was a straightforward case of offer and acceptance then they would be guilty of an offence. But if we are to be true to ourselves we must consider whether or not Fraser Eagle is acting lawfully and whether or not the actual booking proccess is started at their instigation?

I think the debate needs to consider that aspect because that is certainly one line of defence Fraser Eagle will use if they are ever prosecuted.

I just downloaded their transport brochure and it would appear if private hire vehicles are used it could be potentially damaging in the greater scheme of things.
