i agree that one less is better but i still belive thatt more taxi,s on the road will not stop the sicko's that are out there.

what about the guys who switch off there lights so they can get back in to town for what they hope will be a bigger fare.
where are the extra police on the streets
you seen that mobile cctv thing sitting about why is it not watching the hot spots for PH seagulling

you see there is a lot more that can be done to reduce and hopefully stop any future attacks like these but more taxis just on there own will not


As stated already, you wont stamp it out completely. All of your suggestions have merit and each could lessen the available opportunities.
So would more cabs. Whether that hurts some vested interests or not.

fair point gusmac but my arguament has nothing to do with vested interests or how it may hurt them.

I've got to hand it to you Chip, when it comes to seeing what you want to see you've got it down to a fine art.

Making it easy for the perv has nothing to do with trying to "stop the Perv". It's only about creating greater opportunity and ease for him to strike

Oh and the reduction in PH, has nothing to do with Ph running amok. Ph have tripled over the last 5-8 years. A seasonal variation or a recession hardly counts when it comes to a huge increase over a number of years :roll:
