The only thing that might stop you will be the circuit owners if they get wind of it, but, there again they may not care :D

paint your car pink and you can do what u want no need for any lic just say u give a unique service lol

they may not care.....

from experience as a HC on a circuit watching good jobs spoon fed to the "inner circle" i can say some DO care, ive seen guys who were spotted at airports (or just out where they wernt supposed to be) hauled in the office
