I saw a traffic jam & the driver with the video recorder parked on double yellows and too near a junction. Both totaly illegal. Can you tell us were in Warrington this is taken Please.

it was filmed on a rank. im still trying to find out who the driver was. but the point was the que off p/h cars are in one long rank pulling up to a office waiting for customers to come in the ph office. i would say there there is atleast 20 cars blocking the road so other traffic cant get past.in the middle there is a yellow box junction but the other side off it is a bus stop layby but the cars block the road waiting to get into the bus stop.... stopping all traffic trying to get past. the police seam to want the ph cars sat there waiting to clear people as they walk in the office. but that stops us getting back to the rank which is acroos the road off the p/h office and we have to get past this office to turn round to get on the rank but people see is this long line off ph cars waiting for customers..................

I would say it was a busy office. Which one/which road? The same thing happens on Bridge street Chester. PH offices opposite HC rank. PH operator is quite fair and doesnt allow more than 1 car outside on quiet periods but there may be 7 or 8 pulling in at busyer times.

Nae bad, but the plot wore a bit thin by the end
