Is it legal for private hire to Que up out side an establishment if the have a block booking with the establishment :?: :?: :?:

Also is there any case files that prove either way :?: :?:

Up your way it's different than down here.

IMO block bookings down here for PH are more than likely illegal, and breach most local conditions of license.
