its not only the credits that the drivers might be shafted over, any drivers who bought a skoda off 203020 and handed over cash might be in for a shock,i have lost count how many times they have went tits up,is this the 3rd or 4th?,im still seething that a company headed by a character who cant get a license in his own name for any buisness was handed the biggest contract from the council (taxi card) at the great expense of all the hardworking cabbies who used to cover it,and now they are about to dodge paying bills yet again,is there a way of finding out what the total amount of money is that they avoided paying by going bankrupt over the years?this company plus the council who backed them have caused a lot o hardship for dundee cabbies all for what?another bankruptcy ending in the tax payer picking up the bill ,imagine if all buisnesses acted this way

That would depend on the terms of the agreement and who lent the money.
