So, under what bye-law conditions was he authorised? Did that include a 'period of grace' to go to the loo?

There's a barrier system in place at John Lennon Airport, by paying a fee and going through the barrier I presume the driver accepts certain conditions?

Those conditions maybe not too dissimilar to conditions entering privately run car parks?

I dont know TBH.

What I would point to in this story is how much the driver is now paying per year.......I'll find the story about the old permit fee which from memory was about 1/10th of the price.

It would appear his good old union has sha*ted them all.

TBH......the figures he mentions are the main national point in this, how many cabs? and how much combined?

Could he some how appeal through a magistrate??? or to the airport owners, or even block the rank somehow
he could even get his family into his cab and take them round to her house and demand that she feed them as she caused his hardship

The airport terminal just isn't that big even with the improvements made. It doesn't take 20 minutes to use the toilets unless it's got a queue out the door :roll:
