Using Google earth and Streetview, I can't see a rank anywhere in that vicinity. Can you link to it, please?

OK, found it!!

See the problem. Either suspend or PCNs (Parking tickets).... Looking at the width of that carriageway, I should think the council are worried about safety.

Yes that's the problem but, they should have thought about it before they opened the flood gates.

You could see if the councils as a regieterd propues for useing the camra for passing information on.
