Unfortunatly Skippy EU laws outweigh our own laws and EU law states that any EU citizen is free to seek work anywhere in the EU provided that they meet the criteria. You can't have 2 different criteria for the same job.

If thats the case, aint it fair to say that you dont know one end of the scottish borders from the other?

Indeed, if thats the case then aint it equally certain that as you come from the Brum area you should also have skippys 10 year test?

Same with me from Carlisle, I should have the 10 year test to work in skippyland.
