Would it be racist if a Spanish customer rings up and ask for a Spanish speaking driver?

No.

The question that would need to be asked is why the customer feels the need to ask for an English speaking driver.

We get that a lot, our older ladies don't feel safe (or so they say) with a non English speaking driver.

Though why a non English speaking driver would be interested in a wrinkly is beyond me :lol:

In the town where I have my appartment they use the word Tanke for a large drink. In most of the Spanish bars if you order a Tanke cerveza or a Tanke Vino, you get the tapas free. :mrgreen:

No.
The ability to speak English has nothing to do with race.
A person of any race can learn to speak any language.
Even indigenous Englishmen can learn english :lol:

They don't speak a lot of Catalan on the Costa Blanca.

If i remember she refused to send her daughter in a car driven by an asian driver - thats different
