Stinky Pete you seem to have missed a vital point on the dress code issue you have posted.The so called driver had to attend the meeting because when he approached a lady East Coast representative who was doing on the spot checks on the condition and cleanliness of the vehicles in the station (which is a no smoking station) he had the wrong dress code on which he has been asked on numerous occasions to put right and also he was SMOKING,Something that i see you bring to peoples attention on a daily basis

This was reported to the Taxi company putting the drivers permit on the line.So i think the taxi company did the driver a huge favor not to withdraw his permit at the meeting dont you.
