Has anyone seen one of these plated? No one on our manor this morning could recall having spotted one, even in other areas.

Why not? Is there something wrong with them?

DG cars in Nottingham have a few on. If they are like the Vectra there won't be any room in the rear, they'll give you a massive dashboard which you don't need.

We have 2 as hacks up here if your over 4 foot 6 and sit in the back you have to sit in the aircraft crash position
