If the council have to justify the cost of a new licence i say they have a bloody good argument as Edinburgh is a Capital city with a Capital City Taxi service, the cost of running the Cab office is JUSTIFIED I think we should be expanding the cab office as our capital City tightens up for SECUrITY reason's

If you want the price of a new licence reduced then you two scumbers should give up the fight and let our council regulate an already limited market.
