Under shariah law they can dish out their own punishment to these cretins....that way it wont Cost us an Arm and a Leg to keep him in Jail..It'll cost him his Arm and a Leg instead, as for his limb removals that should'nt be an issue as the Average 10 year old should be will schooled in the amptutation technique.
