Well I think that your Section 66 and our Section 24 (1) are just about as clear as it is possible to be.

If the LO's from Ashfield are lurking on here, perhaps they should consider the penning of a letter to rescind their previous missive.

If I were a driver of a Hackney in Ashfield, I would be dismissive of their previous missive anyway.

Let them try it with one driver, the Magistrates would not have an easier case to consider in their entire careers. The law could NOT be more explicit.
