Amazing how things vary from house to house! The daughter went down to the local shop in 1994 to get me an evening paper, I gave her a fiver and I am still waiting for the change  Do you think that she is taking advantage of me, or am I just being impatient

oh dont worry, hes repaying me the loaned amount but hes had de-icer, anti-freeze, bulbs and other bits ill never see the money off, hes got access to the "man cupboard" (screen wash, oil, etc) and he always needs change for the vending machine at work, i reckon £3 a night x 5 nights a week, and hes on £8.50/hour....

i bet im losing overall

he gave me a hoodie he bought and never wore, later he asked for the £10 it cost him.....

They say kids pick things up from there parents I wonder who taught him

We have in our family what we call the floating fund. I lend to my daughter, who conviently forgets to pay it back, so I then borrow it from her and so on and on it goes

Anyone know what the front-wheel-drive vans are like in the snow?

My first year ever with a front-wheel-drive anything, but I have a feeling that the Renault Trafic NX8 Taxi is a bit light on the rear.

Put a couple of slabs in the back and get some snow socks in case of emergency's, or get an extra 2 wheels from the scrapers and fit winter tyres to them

everything is FWD now, except a few like Merc/BMW saloons

my Tourneo was FWD with traction control (made little difference)

the old RWD (smiley) transits were evil in snow

The front wheel drive vans are sheite in the snow, all over the place tonight in my E7. My trusty, sturdy, rear wheel drive metrocab auto used to go where I aimed it. Missing it already.
