Evening chaps

Looking to become a black cab driver in London, been thinking about it for a while and now decided to take the plunge. I do about 50k miles a year anyway so driving is no problem and I like driving. Got all the PCO paperwork to fill in, but as I said - just looking for some real life experiences, the best way to go about it etc.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Stuart

Perseverance is the main bit of guidance I can suggest, but the London forum will have loads of tips and suggestions.

Just put aside three years of your life.

Don't do it.

The game died last year.

You'll hardly cover your diesel.

Its all true.

I'm buying a beat up Astra Minicab and going touting instead.

I've just got to perfect my put on African accent 'meeneecab boss'? approach.

He could start in Sussex as a cab driver, according to another thread on here you'll do £450 a shift.
