Something like that jim, I think Wirral has ordered a survey, and Durham is now a unitary authority and they've abandoned the zones they were left with as a result of the old local authorities being defunct.

I'm not sure how many have been challenged in the manner you suggest.

But I know 950 Coventry cab drivers were on Strike last week, there's demonstrations all over shropshire, planned demonstrations in durham, aggravation in st. Albans. The majority are wanting to either go back to being limited or retention of limited areas.

poor takings are down to the economic climate
its just a pity these guy's are so frightened they cant see that and blame it on DE-restriction.

capping the numbers wont make a blind bit of diff to yer net.not in these times.

all they do if they restrict is go round in an never ending circle.

the lack of foresight in the trade is staggering :shock:
