You create a company with yourself as a director and then invite the ''buyer'' to join the company. You then resign with the ''buyer'' now the sole director. Easy as. There are Accountants that will do all the donkey work if you are not up to it yourself.

The plate must be in the name of this company. A plate granted to an individual can't be traded this way.

what do you mean??? 'the cheek of it' ??? trying to stiff a driver for more money??? that is not the case at all, this driver has been paying £80 a week for a single shift, surely that is not in keeping with the going present day going rate? All I wanted was some helpful advice not insults, I take you must be a driver and not an owner operater eh?

So that's £80 for a 6 day week 9 to 5, or £80 for 1 day?????
