would it not be better to hold Holyrood accountable if things where not right rather than Westminster which we have no say in :?:

Do they not have MPs from Scotlandshire in Westminster?

Only six SNP, the rest of the Scottish MPs are only there to prop up the London based party,s

So Scots are so keen on independence that they send 6 SNP MPs to Westminster while the other 60-odd are unionists?

And since Salmond wants to join the EU, how much influence would you have there?

Bloodnock clearly the Scottish people disagree with your veiw or SNP would not have won 69 seats, roll on referendum when real Scots will vote for independence and Scotland will flourish :D

Didn't the SNP get around 23% of voters to vote for them?

And didn't many of them vote for the SNP on the basis that it was for Holyrood rather than independence?

So less than one in five could actually be bothered getting off their butts and voting SNP with a view to independence.

And of course a lot of those who supported Salmond on the basis that it was just for Holyrood are a bit miffed that he actually got a majority.

So don't rely on the support of the likes of the Sun and News of the World when it comes to the independence vote.

But of course one of those newspapers that Alex Salmond got into bed with has closed anyway because it was as bent as a nine-bob note

Well that's up to Salmond, but he wants to delay it for a couple of years because he knows voters would just laugh at him if he called one now.

So he'll water the whole thing down - keep the Queen, keep the pound, keep the UK Armed Forces - until he thinks he can win it. :D

If he wins anything, it certainly won't be independence.

The only thing that we will have a Sh*t lot more of under King Eck is Debt...The EU wouldnt want us. we are a liability that may scrounge more from them than we put in.

The guys buying Votes using money Borrowed through westminster who in turn Borrowed it from some other international funding.

Lets be Honest....We cannot go on spending the SNP way, there is no limitless revenue pit of north sea oil money...we do not even have a limitless pit of home grown workers, half of our lot are Buroo Happy and dont want to work.

In short we are commited to the Union as an equal partner simply in order to survive....we cannot pay for all those foreign grafters without westminsters help and nor can we pay the Dole wallahs without westminsters help either...I dont much like it but thats the reality of living in a tiny country, you need all the friends you can get!!!
