Middlesbrough hackney test doesn't include testing the fire extinguisher, I know because my last test the guy told me mine was empty, but it didn't matter because its not part of the test

Got mine bolted to the floor just inside the N/S Front Door.

Mine's now in the door panel. It use to be under my seat fixed securely to something under there. Useless imo and as I told our LO, when he asked where it was and I didn't know, I don't need to know where it is because I'm never going to use it. Our council insist they are inside the vehicle, but, the boot isn't classed as inside :?

Another nonsense condition of licence requirement that needs sorting out in any new Cab Act along with First Aid Kits!!!

We are HC nad PH drivers!!!

We're not medically qualified firefighters FFS!!!

Apply First Aid incorrectly and you can get sued.

Fight an engine fire with a 'muppet fire extinguisher' and you could get seriously burned.

But then you could try to apply First Aid to your burns yourself, with the 'muppet' content of your licensed vehicle's First Aid Kit.

FFS!!!

Improbable if done in good faith.
