I would be very careful picking up off a railway station permit rank, no doubt be aware that you can be prosecuted under the Railway Act for tresspass on railway property. One driver in our station was charged by the Transport police, the tresspass charge was dropped but they got him on another charge, illegally plying for hire on railway property, don't quote me the actual charge could be called something else from the railway act, he was found guilty in court and given conditional discharge

Yeah, straight to the press and begin a wee discussion about the security implications of queues at stations and airports and ask why, when taxis are available to provide service, passengers are denied it.

perhaps we in the taxi trade should involve the general public more in our arguments. Their interests are generally the same a sours.

They want to be pick up. We want to pick them up.

Isn't it only the bucks chasers who would revent this?

But you guys, haha its funny observing you. Some of you are just wanna be Hackney Drivers, now you cry about plate values, next you will want standards to fall.

Well there are 33,000 posts on here, so you must be able to point to at least one where I say I want standards to fall.

But I bet you can't.

As for the benny, why ask on here? Go and ask him on the liars forum. :?

Well you may be sad enough to want to bother doing that, but I doubt the folks behind TDO give a f*** about members PMs.

Just because you are sad and a nosey sod, doesn't mean others are.

Why not check your facts? PMs CAN be read boy - you don't know PHP (In case you wonder that's the programming language that the forum is written in.) It is also possible to access the database independently of the actual forum and read the PM's there - all it needs is the right software.

Let me know when it arrives, I think I have an old umbrella some one left in the back of the cab
