third this week !!A taxi driver was robbed at knifepoint while waiting for a customer in Grimsby. The victim, 31, was sat inside his taxi when a man approached the driver's side window on Carnarvon Avenue, at noon on Tuesday.
He was threatened with a knife by the suspect, who stole money before making off onto Milton Road. The suspect is described as white, aged between 20 and 25, and around 5ft 10ins tall with a slim build. He was wearing blue Adidas bottoms with three stripes, a black Nike baseball cap and a Burberry scarf over his face. Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101, quoting crime reference number 2268832 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
