TfL have found them not fit and proper at a corporate level, that has ramifications everywhere.

They can't be not fit and proper in London yet fit and proper in, say, Brighton.

Indeed, but it goes back to the conversation on another thread re firms and who actually is the operator.

Pretty certain the Uber ops licenses countrywide are signed by the same folks.
