if they really were convictions then by definition they would have been dealt with by a court, because only a court can convict you.

The police can issue a caution, but of course you must admit to the offence because the police can't try you ie they can't act as judge and jury.

They were all convictions for public order offences ( 3 alltogether ) most recent in 2000. Used to be a naughty boy at the football if you know what I mean !!

One of them included a six month spell inside which finally knocked some sense into me !!

And I had a drink drive from 1994 aswell !!!!

And they gave me a license ?????

one of the lads in the know has been told that recently a few driver's have lost there licenses due to tax evasion and benefit fraud.
